Book Your Sacred Session

Every session with Dr. Jamie is an invitation to pause, breathe, and come home to yourself. This is not therapy—it’s a sacred meeting place where science and soul come together, offering you the clarity to see what’s true, the courage to release what no longer serves, and the confidence to align with your most authentic self.

Dr. Jamie offers a 50 minute and a 90 minute appointment to accommodate various needs to for depth and time together. Each session will incorporate aspects of Human Design and possibly astrology or tarot as needed or requested.

Sessions are available in person in Dr. Jamie’s Albany, NY office or virtually through Zoom—so you can step into this work wherever you are. All appointments require payment at the time of service.
